“常に質の高いカスタマーサービスを提供する人材紹介会社を作りたい”という目標を持って、2006年11月にIcon Partners 株式会社を設立しました。
10年以上の在日生活と、長期にわたる人材紹介サービス業界でのマネージメント、および経営者の一員として経験を積むなかで、私が常に感じていたのは、“日本に対する現地の知識を持ち、かつ日本市場に対する長期的なビジョンを持って、高品質で専門的なリクルーティングカンパニーが今こそ求められている”ということです。日本はこれから、今まで以上に国際化を求められるビジネス環境になってきています。
その様な環境のなかで、成功するプロフェショナルなリクルーティングカンパニーは、語学力だけではなく、多彩な各文化の理解をもっていることだと、私は思っております。

Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant – Banking
Right now our banking recruitment efforts are focused purely on front office positions. We aim to branch out into serving a wider range of needs, particularly in back and middle office. We are already working with a blue-chip list of foreign and Japanese investment banks. Now is the perfect time for an experienced consultant or senior consultant to come in and build a solid market in back/middle office. We work vertical sectors, so you are free to work with the same clients we are already working with in front office.
If you have one or more year’s experience in banking recruitment, and are looking for an opportunity to have a free run at the best client opportunities in the market, now is the time and here is the place!

Qualifications
1 or more year’s experience in banking recruitment in Japan
A good general understanding of back and middle office banking roles
English and Japanese language skills (flexible, depending on your current success level)
A provable track record of achievement in recruitment

Salary and Benefits:
Consultant: JPY 450,000/Month + Performance bonus (variable depending on performance)

Whether you are interested in working commerce-IT or banking sector IT, we are interested in hearing from you. We are looking for experienced IT consultants and senior consultants with the desire to build a strong market and leverage their experience and knowledge of IT recruitment in Japan

Qualifications
1 or more year’s experience in IT recruitment in Japan
A good general understanding of IT roles and terminology
Fluent English and Japanese language skills
A provable track record of achievement in recruitment

Researcher – Banking
We are looking for an energetic, bright and positive bilingual person to join our banking team as a researcher. You will be a key strategic partner to your fellow team members, providing vital support in candidate sourcing and administrational duties. You will be a valued and respected member of the team, and should you wish to move into either a consulting role or a more senior support role in future, you will be given encouragement and support to do so.

Qualifications and experience:
Full computer literacy with excellent internet surfing skills
A creative mind and a strong desire to contribute to the success of your team
A positive nature with excellent interpersonal skills
No fear of picking up the phone and talking to people.
Fluency in both Japanese and English
Prior experience in any of the following is highly desired: Researcher (in recruitment), Sales support, Telesales, Customer service.

Salary and Benefits
JPY 350,000/Month + productivity bonus (variable depending on performance)
