| スキル | Education (minimum/desirable): Degree or equivalent, MBA or advanced degrees desirable Languages: Japanese and English Seven to ten years practical experience in a sourcing environment Outstanding negotiator and world class sourcing expert. Possess strong cost analysis skills. Has fundamental knowledge of contracts management Brings experience with procurement systems and tools Provides strategic leadership, be a decision making, entrepreneurial personality Must have the mind-set to drive for results, build strategic working relationships, and have a strong customer focus Must be a clear and straight forward manager with a “can do” attitude who sees opportunities rather than problems Team builder who has the ability and experience to harness distributed resources to work together toward a common goal An international mind-set is of essence, since the position holds country responsibility, as well as regional and global functional reporting Outstanding communication skills both internally as well as externally |
