| 仕事内容 |
1. Customers
- Establish a trusting relationship with our end customers..
- Active participation in the account team in understanding customer needs, and transforming needs to solutions
- Establish agreements with customers on Logistics Service levels and execute on processes as per commitment
2. Strategy / Planning
- Active participation in the formulation of WW strategic logistics solutions aligned with business opportunities and XXX corporate strategy
- Develop and sustain an optimal LOCAL infrastructure aligned with company and functional strategy.
3. Infrastructure/ Operations
- Establish a support infrastructure and drive operational processes to manage the effective flow of service parts/tools to customer , as well as reverse logistics
- Establish and sustain a local way of working that is aligned with companys objective of Quality Improvement
- Ensure logistics data integrity in WW SAP system
- Manage departmental expenditures
4. Suppliers
- Organize & Manage a way of working and relationship with 3rd party logistics providers , customs brokers , governmental authorities , freight forwarders etc that ensure a smooth execution of support processes.
- Drive improvement on agreed KPI with 3PLs
- Develop opportunities in continuous achievement of efficiency gains, and enhancement of value added service support
- Support WW CSL in the formation and execution of logistical processes to support global sourcing 5. Organization /Human Resources
- Be responsible for a team of logistics support staffs. Ensure adequate staffing and best fit for the job. |
